Chose Ole Miss over LSU.

Kamara also had offers from Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi State and Wake Forest among others.

Committed to Ole Miss on Feb. 6, 2013.

Possible playing time in 2013: There are a lot of corners on the roster with playing time, including Charles Sawyer, Senquez Golson and Nickolas Brassell who will see the bulk of the time. The Rebels also return the likes of Louis Covington, Cliff Coleman and Mike Hilton among others who are above Kamara on the depth charts. His only possible time in 2013 would likely be as a gunner on special teams.

Wrap-up: Kamara has always been linked to teammate Robert Nkemdiche’s recruitment and has just been viewed as an afterthought by most. It doesn’t help that he has a small stature with ESPN listing him at just 5’10. Despite this, he is simply a gamer. His ability to make big plays is what got him a lot of attention across the Southeast.
