Possible playing time in 2013: There has been talk about Mireles seeing some time in the secondary, but his greatest upside looks to be on offense. There are lots of receivers already on the roster but the departure of Philander Moore offers up some new snaps for Mireles as the two have the same type of skillset. He likely will not be a primary target or a starter but his early enrollment will help him learn the playbook and he should log some catches this season.

Wrap-up: When he catches the ball in space, he is a lethal threat. The optimal screen receiver, Mireles is elusive and can make the first line of defense miss. What Vincent Sanders is as a possession receiver is what Mireles is as a home-run-threat. Very quick with good burst, he can get behind the cornerback for a deep ball, but most of his routes should be over the middle to try for a big gain.
