Ole Hotty Toddy Podcast - Episode #4

The Ole Miss Rebels are staying alive in Omaha. The Rebels won on a walk-off thriller in the bottom of the ninth inning on Tuesday by beating Texas Tech 2-1 and advancing to the next round of the 2014 College World Series.

In this episode of the Ole Hotty Toddy Podcast we discuss the Rebels victory over the Red Raiders and some key players for Ole Miss who stood out in the game. The Ole Hotty Toddy team of Acey Roberts and Dave Bevan hosted this week’s podcast.

In our discussion, we talked about the upcoming matchup between Ole Miss and TCU. We brought in our special guest Jamie Plunkett, lead editor of FrogsOWar.com (SB Nation’s TCU site), to preview what we might expect of TCU. The Rebels have not faced the Horned Frogs this year, so it was great to insight from one of their lead writers. You can find Jamie Plunkett on Twitter @FrogsOWar or @TheDSportsRant.

You can listen to our podcast here.

Once again, the Ole Miss Rebels will square off against the National Seed TCU Horned Frogs on Thursday night at 7 p.m. CST and can be watched on ESPN.
