Ole Miss Baseball: 2015 Season Preview Is Coming Soon

It’s hard to believe that in just a little over a month, the Ole Miss Rebels will be taking the field. The student sections in the outfield will rekindle the beer shower moments. The constant chant of “Throw it in the dirt, DIRT!” will roar from the crowds. Baseball season is near, and we are ready. It is time to forget the hard emotions we felt at the end of the 2014 football season. While our basketball team explores into their “true” identity, we can give all of you the best damn Ole Miss Baseball preview on the web. This 2015 preview will be so in depth, you’ll be able to smell the blades of grass at Swayze from your living room.

Last season, the Ole Miss Rebels were projected prematurely to finish sixth in the SEC West. It was suppose to be a rebuilding year for head coach Mike Bianco and his Diamond Rebels. Instead, Ole Miss found themselves competing in the 2014 College World Series, after dominating in the Super-Regionals and the Oxford Regional. The cherry on top was a SEC West Divisional win, and a finish inside the top five national rankings.

In our 2015 preview, we will start with a recap of last season, followed by a preview of this season. This will include: the 2015 schedule and roster, preseason rankings, preseason top-10 most valuable Diamond Rebel players, and much more. Here is look at the timeline of our preview:
