SEC Power Rankings Week 6: Ole Miss Rebels Climb Up the Rankings

Derek Mason has a lot of work to do at Vanderbilt to get the Commodores back on the pedestal James Franklin left the program. That statement was inevitable in week one’s loss to Temple, but things seem to not have improved for the ‘Dores after being manhandled by Georgia. Yes, Georgia is another level to compare Vandy to, but that doesn’t rule out the fact that there is no other team in the SEC worse than Vanderbilt. Vanderbilt may get their second win of the season this coming weekend, but that is a big statement considering they are taking on a 5-0 Charleston Southern.
