You know how I said that the 2013 LSU win was the biggest of Hugh’s SEC wins? Well this is the biggest overall win for Coach Freeze. The Rebels came into the game just one year removed from a 66-31 beatdown by Texas in Oxford.

Bo Wallace and crew came into the game and dominated from the first snap. Jeff Scott had a punt return for a touchdown and the Rebels defeated the Texas Longhorns. It was like two ships passing at night. One program was headed forward, the other one was headed backwards.

The difference in the 2012 and 2013 games is amazing. From being knocked out and dragged around by the ‘Horns, to going into their place and taking the win. This win is still one of the marque victories in Hugh Freeze’ time at Ole Miss.
