2015 – Ole Miss 43 – Alabama 37
VS.
1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | T | |
Rebels | 3 | 14 | 13 | 13 | 43 |
Crimson Tide | 0 | 10 | 7 | 20 | 37 |
The Rebels were going into Tuscaloosa after blowing out UT-Martin and Fresno State. The Rebels were seeking their first victory at Alabama since 1988, and were paying tribute to that victory by wearing the same uniform the Rebels wore then.
Ole Miss came out strong against Alabama. They caused the Tide to fumble the ball on the kickoff, a momentum moving play that gave the Rebels the confidence they needed to defeat the Tide.
The game gave us one of the best plays in Ole Miss history, the tip pass to Quincy Adeboyejo that went for a touchdown. The Rebels were riding high after defeating the Tide for the second straight season.
