The Wofford Terriers face the Rebels in week two of the season. The Rebels will be coming off of a marquee matchup against Florida State on Monday Night Football. Wofford will be coming off of a matchup against Tennessee Tech.
The Terriers went 5-6 last season, and faced one power-5 team last season. The Terriers opened 2015 against the Clemson TIgers.
Wofford is 0-6 against power-5 teams since 2009. The average score in those games is 44-13, with Wofford putting up 13.
If Ole Miss loses this season, fire everyone. I don’t care who you are, you can not lose to Wofford. This is your easy win Ole Miss.
Wofford returns 8 starters on offense and 9 starters on defense. The Terriers use a run-heavy wishbone style offense. Expect to see a lot of running plays from the Terriers.
Rebel fans could see freshman quarterback Shea Patterson get some playing time during this game.
