Ranking the Quarterbacks the Rebels Will Face in 2016
Trevor Knight | Texas A&M
There was one time this year when many questioned whether the Texas A&M Aggies would have a quarterback on the roster. This spring they lost both of their leading passers from last year. Kyle Allen and Kyler Murray both transferred out of the program opting to finish their careers elsewhere.
It appeared that Coach Kevin Sumlin had lost control of his program. Although they continue to find themselves in the news for the wrong reasons, they do appear to have solved their quarterback situation. Oklahoma transfer, Trevor Knight will take the reins behind the center for the Aggies.

Knight fits the mold of the type of quarterback that Sumlin likes to have. He’s able to scramble and have a good enough arm to be effective. The senior will be surrounded by arguably the best receiving group in the country.
If his offensive line can give him enough time, Knight could lead the Aggies to a surprisingly good year. He has a good skill set combined with great receivers. He will be the best QB the Rebels will face this year.
