Non-Defensive Players

You’ve got to score points to win. Although this is an article about the defense, let’s peek at the other side of the line of scrimmage to see who is coming in to help the Rebels’ offense. The good news is that the offensive side of the ball is pretty decent. So many of our offensive recruits will have the opportunity to red-shirt. However, we still have a few guys who will eventually be great players for Ole Miss.

Tony Gray

Once again Grayson High School in Loganville, GA has been good to Ole Miss. Tony Gray joined his teammate Breon Dixon in Oxford to play for Coach Hugh Freeze. Adding Gray to the young offensive line will do nothing but strengthen that group. Gray is 6’5″ 300 lbs.

Braylon Sanders

The wide receiver position for the Rebels is possibly the deepest in the SEC. However, it never hurts to keep adding to the talent. Braylon Sanders adds to the talent. Sanders is a 6’0″ 172 lbs. receiver from Georgia. He is a stats grabber as he garnered over 1000 yards and 20 TDs during his senior season.

Can’t Wait ‘Til Summer

Summer is still a couple of months away. The excitement of the new recruits coming on the campus will soon be here. We hope their addition will mean good things for the Rebels and the 2017 football season.
