Marquis Haynes

There was a collective sigh of relief when Marquis Haynes skipped this year’s draft and stayed for his senior year. The pass rush specialist has been dominant on the defensive line since arriving at Ole Miss. His speed has frustrated SEC tackles each year.

Haynes is looking to use his senior year as a chance to move up the draft board. He will be coming into the season with 24.5 career sacks and 36.5 TFL. He has the chance to leave school as one of the most statistically accomplished defensive players in the history of the school.

Therefore, with a monster season Haynes can find himself in the first round. He will no doubt be one of the fastest DE at next years combines. So if he can stay healthy and put together good numbers, Haynes and Ole Miss football fans will hear his name called in next year’s draft.
