Ken Webster

This choice comes with a major caveat. Ken Webster has a great shot to be a pro. However, it only works if he comes back healthy. Not just healthy, but healthy and playing at the same level he was on his way to playing before the injury. In my opinion and many other Ole Miss football fans, his injury was a major contributor to the terrible season.

Therefore if Webster comes into the Fall of 2017 healthy, he will find a spot in the NFL. The Decatur, GA. corner back has the speed and size to compete at a pro level. A productive senior season will give scouts an opportunity to see his skills.

Others…

If we have learned anything from this year’s draft is that you can’t use college statistics as a barometer to determine draft-ability. Several players were either not drafted or dropped in the draft. Good scouts are able to see the talent in most players. A good season, combine or pro day can catapult a player into the draft.

There are a few other players who could sneak in.

Jordan Wilkins
