10. Michael Oher-Carolina Panthers

His name is synonymous with a movie as much as it is with Ole Miss. However, Michael Oher’s NFL career has been about distancing himself away from the Hollywood adaptation of his life. He has tried to prove he has earned his accolades by his play on the field.

Oher was an outstanding player while at Ole Miss. He has had a decent career in the NFL. Last year however, he had a concussion during the third week of the 2016 season and hasn’t played since. In fact, the Panthers have not heard from him or his agent in the past month or so. The rumor is that he may be cut from the team soon. As of now, he is a Panther and when healthy he is a serviceable offensive tackle. We just don’t know how long he will be on the team. For now, he has earned a spot on the top 10.
