3. Mike Wallace-Baltimore Ravens

The final three on this list were difficult to rank. Although, the most difficult was Mike Wallace. The speedy receiver has bounced around to a couple of teams. However after a down 2015, Wallace looked like his old self with the Ravens. He had a very good year with 72 receptions and 1,017 yards. His resurgence provided Joe Flacco with another viable target.

Although it is clear that Wallace is on the back-end of his career, there are still a few years of productivity left. He may not have the same speed he had as a younger player, he still has good speed. Wallace is definitely still a top 10 NFL Rebel with elite skill. His time near the top of this list may slowly be coming to an end, however as of right now he is where he belongs.
