In terms of sheer joy, this memory is light years ahead of the competition.
Chris Warren broke Kentucky’s heart and the entire conference celebrated. I remember jumping around my living room, similarly to the way I celebrated following each Ole Miss football upset of Alabama.
There’s just something about taking down a giant that brings about sheer, unfiltered, joy. Oh, and sadness from the giants, but that is what makes it fun!
