Former Ole Miss football standout and current NY Giants quarterback Eli Manning is ready for another opportunity to get his team back in the Super Bowl. Once he does there are five reasons why we can expect another Super Bowl MVP performance.

It’s no big secret most Ole Miss football fans are also NY Giants fans and fans of former Rebel Eli Manning. Of course, he is considered by some to be the greatest QB in Ole Miss history or at least a close second. In any event, Eli has also become one of the greatest Giants QBs in history. Eli holds Giants franchise records for most yards passing, touchdowns and completions.

A very strong argument can be made why Eli may even be better than his legendary brother Peyton. Of course, Eli already has 2 Super Bowl wins and the MVP trophies to match and Eli is still playing. How much longer can Eli play? Considering he is entering his fourteenth season in the NFL, he may not have too many years left. However, the one thing Eli really has on his side is his health and possibly the most talented receivers in the league.

So does he have the weapons around him to get the Giants back in the Super Bowl and another MVP? The Giants have certainly put together what I believe is a winning combination. Of course, there are 5 really good reasons why Eli can do it again.
