3. Tee Martin

Tee Martin won a national championship as Tennessee’s starting quarterback in 1999. He is currently USC’s offensive coordinator.

Martin’s name has appeared in many coaching searches of late and for good reason. Martin is young and energetic, he is also one heck of a recruiter. Martin was 247Sports 2016 Recruiter of the year and has inked 10 five stars at USC.

Tee Martin is from Alabama and could be tempted at the shot to coach in the SEC. The question is, is he ready to leave a USC program which is on the rise and picked as a conference and national favorite? That’s a tough sell.
