Sure we all know who coach Wesley McGriff is. This is second tenure with the Ole Miss football program. We know he is demanding of his players both on and off the field.

McGriff wants the best from his players and he expects nor accepts anything less than the very best. Although there have been a couple of off the field incidents, I can assure you Wesley McGriff has hold of the issue and we’ll be better.

Sure, every year there are issues but the main issue this defense had from last season was the loss of will. Everything begins with the coach. Work ethic, attitude and drive are what coach Wesley ‘Crimedawg’ McGriff brings to the Ole Miss defense. Last season we saw a defense which gave up.

It’s no reflection on the players but instead on the coaches and McGriff knows it. Attitude reflects leadership and Crimedawg knows he’s the leader of this pack.

If you reap what you sow tenfold then this Ole Miss defense should be a hundred times better this season. Coach Wesley McGriff brings his all everyday for these young men and this team.
