The first game of the 2017 college football season for Ole Miss football is near. Therefore, we will share with you three reasons the Rebels will beat South Alabama.

Welcome Ole Miss football fans to the beginning of the 2017 college football season. Our beloved Ole Miss Rebels are looking forward to hitting the field. Plus, what is more exciting than Alabama week! Wait, before you get to pumped up I’m referring to South Alabama.

The South Alabama Jaguars are like the spunky little cousins of the University of Alabama and Auburn University. They’re kind of the brother to UAB. They are the team from Alabama that you never think about until they are on your schedule or they beat your rival at their home stadium.

Now being a Ole Miss fan,  I’m sure you’ve learned to not call anything a sure thing.  We’ve been on the wrong end of too many “guarantees” in our past. I seem to remember another lowly school from Alabama that embarrassed us. I’m talking about you, Jacksonville State.

However, the talent on this Ole Miss team should be plenty to get us a victory on Saturday. I’m going to show you three reasons the Rebels will beat South Alabama in the first game of the Ole Miss’ football season.
