Coaches On Fire

The game against Auburn was the first game I’ve really seen fire on the sideline. Head coach Matt Luke reminded me of the same Matt Luke I remember as an offensive line coach. As I’ve stated before, “This staff is coaching for future jobs.” Ole Miss football is about passion. Against Auburn I saw it from Matt Luke.

In the Vandy game we can expect to see more of it. Ole Miss will once again be playing within the comfortable confines of the Vaught. Of course, this will be a game where passion plays a huge part in a victory. Attitude reflects leadership and with Ole Miss football the players attitudes are reflective of the coaching staff. I’m ready to see this coaching staff fired up.

So that’s what we want to see from the Rebels as they host Vandy tomorrow at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. Kickoff is set for 2:30pm CT and the game will be televised on the SEC Network. Hotty Toddy!
