There is no doubt Ole Miss football has a very strong offense. When they are clicking they are virtually unstoppable. This was the case this past Saturday as the Rebels offense came out firing and wasted no time scoring.

It all starts behind center and Jordan Ta’amu had another great game. On the day Jordan was 28 of 36 for 418 yards and 3 TDs. Ta’amu also had 7 carries for 28 yards and 2 more TD’s on the ground.

Of course, Jordan Ta’amu doesn’t do it all by himself and is surrounded by a highly touted supporting cast. AJ Brown was once again electric and wide open all day. Brown had 14 grabs for 185 yards and 2 TDs which tied former Rebel Laquon Treadwell for most receptions in a single game.

On the ground Jordan Wilkins had 14 carries for 128 yards rushing and a TD.  Also, sophomore D’Vaughn Pennamon had a career high 55 yards rushing on 9 carries in the game.

According to OleMissSports.com,

"The 641 total yards of total offense were the fourth-most in program history. ~OleMissSports.com"

As stated before, when this offense is clicking they are a force to be reckoned with. Because there were very few mistake on that side of the ball, and hanging 50 points, they deserve the very best of grades.
