Ole Miss Football: Not Bowling But The SEC Postseason To Be Interesting

This game pits the Miss State Bulldogs against the Louisville Cardinals. Miss State comes into the bowl game with a 8-4 record while coming off a 31-28 loss to in-state rival Ole Miss. They lost quarterback Nick Fitzpatrick in the game against Ole Miss so they will be relying on their backup Keytaon Thompson to produce.

Louisville also comes into the game with a 8-4 record and have a very good offense. Miss State has a really good defense and they match-up well against the Cardinals, however I believe Louisville gets the 35-27 win.

The 2017 TaxSlayer Bowl kicks off December 30th at 12pm CT from Everbank Field in Jacksonville, Florida. The game will be televised by ESPN.
