This past weekend saw the end of Ole Miss football spring practice with the annual Grove Bowl. Of course there are certain things which stuck out.

Ole Miss football marked the end of spring practice last weekend with the Grove Bowl in Oxford. Naturally we were excited to see what the Ole Miss Rebels would have moving forward. This year was especially no exception for some of us die-hard Ole Miss football fans who were ready to make projections for the 2018 season.

After seeing where the Rebels finished in recruiting for the 2018 class we have been anticipating a much better team for head coach Matt Luke and the Rebels. With a large number of early 2018 enrollees we can expect this team to be much better than last spring. Of course, it’s coach Matt Luke’s first full spring as head coach and we hope for the very best.

This past Saturday we had a brief glimpse of what is to come and it was good for the most part. In some areas our aspect of Ole Miss football improved while others were solidified. Here we look at the 2018 Grove Bowl and see where we stand in some key areas we were looking at in the spring.
