This is a position group which needed some help. There is a lot of talent within the depth chart and some guys who could make definite statements heading into the 2018 season. Of course, senior Ken Webster leads the group and is by far the most experienced. One thing which stood out from the spring game is how much Webster has bulked up. Webster is huge now and handled his own in the spring game against the Rebels receivers.

So what are we looking at this fall? Besides Webster, Chucky Mullins award winner CJ Moore, Zedrick Woods, Cam Ordway, and Javien Hamilton, return as do juniors Miles Hartsfield, and Jaylon Jones. Sophomores DD Bowie and CJ Miller both return as well.

Thanks to coach Charles Clark this position group stands to be the most improved in 2018 and will make waves this season. Of course, this group impressed in the Grove Bowl with 2 picks from junior Art Mitchell and red-shirt freshman Kam White.
