Kent State

This match-up will be the 4th game and 3rd straight home game for Ole Miss football as the Rebels host the Golden Flashes of Kent State. Kent State is a member of the Mid-America Conference which is part of the Division I FBS. The Golden Flashes are coached by first year head coach Sean Lewis. In 2017 the Golden Flashes posted a record of 2-10 with those wins coming over Howard and Miami of Ohio.

This game has a cupcake score ending written all over it. Considering the Rebels will be coming into the game off a match-up with Bama it could get really ugly really fast. Rebels fans can expect another offensive storm against Kent State. We should see the running game in full force along with the passing game. Expect the defense to have a huge game in a certain blowout win for the Rebels. Kickoff from Vaught-Hemingway on September 22nd. (TBA)
