Louisiana-Monroe

This game is set for Homecoming in Oxford as the Warhawks of Louisiana-Monroe come to the Vaught. The Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks are out of the Sunbelt Conference which is a member of Division I FBS. The Warhawks are coached by Matt Viator who in his 3rd season has compiled a 8-16 record. In 2017 ULM posted a record of 4-8 with those 4 wins coming over Sunbelt opponents.

Don’t let the Warhawk’s record last season lull you to sleep. They have a high-powered offense which could be a homecoming bomb for Ole Miss football should the defense not be solid. This game could be a shootout early with the Rebels pulling away in the second half. Expect to see Ole Miss to try to put the Hawks down early and put the game away. Kickoff for the Ole Miss Homecoming match-up is set for October 6th. (TBA)
