No.4 Shay Hodge, WR

Shay Hodge played for Ole Miss football from 2006 thru 2009 and was phenomenal as a wide receiver for the Rebels. While playing for Ole Miss Hodge had 173 receptions for 2,646 receiving yards and 22 TDs. Hodges 173 career receptions rank 3rd All-time at Ole Miss while his 70 single-season receptions in 2009 rank 5th All-time. Shay’s 2,646 career yards ranks 1st All-time and his 1,135 receiving yards in 2009 ranks 3rd All-time for a single-season. His 169 yard performance against Northern Arizona in 2009 ranks 9th All-time for a single-game.

Shay Hodge’s 22 career TDs rank 2nd on the All-time list while his 8 TDs in 2008 and again in 2018 rank tied for 7th All-time for a single season. Although Hodge went undrafted in the 2010 NFL Draft he did sign a free agent contract with the San Fransisco 49ers and then another with the Washington Redskins in 2010. Hodge then played for the Cincinnati Bengals from 2010 thru 2011 before trying his hand in the Arena League. Hodge most recently played wide receiver for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League. Hodge is currently a free agent.
