No.9 Robert Nkemdiche, DT/DE

Robert Nkemdiche played defensive tackle for the Rebels from 2013 thru 2015. Out of Grayson High in Logansville, Georgia Nkemdiche came to Oxford as the consensus number one recruit in the nation for the 2013 signing class. Very big and very athletic Robert made an immediate impact in the SEC drawing double-teams almost his entire college career. Despite the double-teams Robert still managed to be very disruptive and put up decent numbers.

Nkemdiche finished out his Ole Miss career with 98 tackles and 11 TFL while recording 7 sacks and 1 blocked FG while a Rebel. Nkemdiche would be selected  in the 1st round as the 29th overall pick in the 2016 NFL draft by the Arizona Cardinals. Robert is now entering his 3rd season as a Cardinal and is expected to have a breakout year in 2018.
