No.4 Greg Hardy,  DE

Greg Hardy played defensive end for Ole Miss football from 2006 thru 2009 and was savage on the field. Hardy was very productive on the defensive line for the Rebels and was part of both the 2008 and 2008 Cotton Bowl teams. Greg was a sack nightmare on defense for the Rebels and made the most of his four seasons as a Rebel. Hardy would finish out his career at Ole Miss with 147 total tackles with 90 of those being solo while getting 39.5 TFL. Hardy also had 26.5 career sacks which rank 2nd on the All-time list. Hardy’s 10 sacks in 2007 and 8.5s sack in 2008 rank T-1st and T-8th on the All-time lists respectively. Hardy also had 1 interception while a Rebel.

Despite great numbers Hardy would not be selected until the 6th round as the 175th pick in the 2010 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers. Greg Hardy played with the Panthers five seasons and then the spent the 2015 season with the Dallas Cowboys. Following his departure from the Cowboys Hardy has been pursuing a very successful MMA career. In amateur and professional ranks he is 5-0 and all of his fights have been won by KO or TKO within the 1st round. Hardy is now under contract with UFC in the heavyweight division. Greg also played 2018 spring league football with the Richmond Roughriders.
