Ta’amu Is Very Accurate

Attention: The reference to Ta’amu as a “50-yard Dime Dropper” is not my creation. It was taken from a Rebels fan in Rebel Nation. Thanks Jonathan Ramsey. It may not be my idea but it echoes what many of us have seen from QB Jordan Ta’amu this season. He has been very very accurate with his throws and especially impressive on his deep throws. Saturday Ta’amu went 23 of 33 for 479 yards and 5 TDs still not throwing an INT this season. Ta’amu is on fire so far this season and picked up from where he left off against Texas Tech.

Thru two games we’ve watched as Jordan Ta’amu has completed 45 of 65 attempts for 784 yards and 7 TDs. Ta’amu has been productive enough thru two games to lead the SEC in passing yardage and sit at 4th in the FBS ahead of Heisman hopeful QB Will Grier of West Virginia. While the Heisman jury is apparently still out on Ta’amu you are welcomed to go and watch highlights from the top QBs on the list and you won’t see a better arm or prettier deep pass. Ta’amu is set to have a great season and with the NWO on the receiving end of his throws he will definitely have one.
