Ole Miss football will have their hands full headed into week-5 and of course some other SEC teams will also be busy this weekend.

Like Ole Miss football there are a number of SEC teams which are headed in week-5 with wins while others were disappointed this past Saturday. Naturally some teams kicked off the SEC portion of their schedules while a couple of teams were cruising to wins over lesser opponents but now that is fixing to change drastically.

This past weekend saw some really good games within both the SEC West and East divisions. There was also one cross-division matchup and two non-conference games. Of course, we watched as No.1 Alabama took care of business against No.23 Texas A&M and No.2 Georgia handled Missouri.

In the SEC West we saw No.9 Auburn get their first SEC win over Arkansas while in the SEC East we saw South Carolina defeat Vanderbilt to also get their first SEC win of the 2018 season. Also in the SEC East we saw Florida pick up their first SEC win over Tennessee in Knoxville. The SEC West and East did have a huge game with No.14 Miss State losing in Lexington to Kentucky.

Ole Miss and LSU both played out of conference games. Ole Miss picked up a 38-17 win over Kent State while No.6 LSU picked up a 38-21 over Louisiana Tech. Of course, the Ole Miss Rebels will travel to Baton Rouge and Death Valley to take on the now No.5 LSU Tigers in a late Saturday kickoff. There has been a lot of football played and the power rankings are just beginning to get good. Lets look at the SEC headed into week-5 from worst to first.
