No.7 Arkansas Razorbacks (1-3, 0-1)

There were no changes in the bottom three of the SEC West from week-4. The Arkansas Razorbacks found a tough SEC foe when they traveled to take on the No.9 Auburn Tigers (3-1, 0-1). Arkansas has struggled in their last two games on both sides of the ball and this past Saturday was no different as they fell 34-3 to pick up their 3rd consecutive loss. Chad Morris may have a good team in the future but it may not happen overnight. Arkansas is back in action this Saturday in another tough SEC road game against Texas A&M (2-2, 0-1).

No.6 Ole Miss Rebels (3-1, 0-1)

The Ole Miss Rebels were home in Oxford hosting Kent State this past Saturday. It took a big second half to get the 38-17 win and make up for the sluggish start by the Rebels in the first half. The Rebels defense which had been under fire for a couple of weeks responded with a huge game in which they had 7 sacks. The Rebels offense is very explosive and will need every weapon available and the defense will have to show up in Death Valley this Saturday when Ole Miss faces No.5 LSU (4-0, 1-0)

No.5 (23) Miss State Bulldogs (3-1, 0-1)

This past Saturday the then No.14 Miss State Bulldogs traveled to Lexington to take on the Kentucky Wildcats. Not everybody was shocked by the 28-7 upset. Coach Joe Moorhead failed to see his offense to produce and watched as his defense failed to stop the Kentucky run game. Miss State has problems on both sides of the ball which they will have to fix quick with former Bulldogs coach Dan Mullen and the Florida Gators (3-1, 1-1) coming to Starkville this weekend.
