Jerrion Ealy, RB

Sophomore Jerrion Ealy is the one in the one-two punch Ole Miss football has out of the backfield. After two tremendous seasons, Ealy has proven to be a huge playmaker in the Rebels’ offense. Out of Jackson Prep, Ealy, at 5’9″ and 190 lbs runs much bigger than his size. Ealy has big-play breakaway speed and is always capable of a big-play run.

In his 2019 freshman season, Ealy had 104 carries for 722 yards and 6 touchdowns as well as 20 receptions for 172 yards and 1 touchdown through 12 games. Ealy followed that with a very good 2020 season where he had 74 carries for 745 yards and 8 touchdowns to go with 15 receptions for 155 yards and 1 touchdown through just 9 games played.

In just two seasons Jerrion Ealy has developed into a national name among college football pundits. Ealy’s accolades include a litany of honors.
