Michael Trigg - Transferred to Baylor

Tight end Michael Trigg transferred from USC before the 2023 season, and Ole Miss believed they had not seen the best of the former four-star recruit. After two-under-par seasons with the Trojans, Ole Miss got much less.

After just two games, Trigg never played for the program again. The tight end was dismissed, and no official reason was given. He managed a touchdown catch against Tulane, one of his four receptions for the Rebels.

When the transfer portal opened, he entered and transferred to Baylor. There, he easily had his best season to date. Trigg caught 30 receptions for 395 receiving yards and three touchdowns. He still has one year of eligibility. If he chooses to use it, he.

Jam Griffin - Transferred to Oregon State

Jam Griffin transferred back to Oregon State after one season with the Rebels. Before his first stint with the Beavers, he committed to Georgia Tech in 2019.

He never really got his season going at Ole Miss, having just seven carries for 39 rushing yards. Last season, he played the first five games, rushing for 450 yards from 73 carries and adding four touchdowns. Unfortunately, the injury bug got him, and he never saw the field again this season.

Kedrick Reescano - Transferred to Arizona

Another running back who departed before the 2024 season, former four-star running back Kedrick Reescano, transferred to Arizona. The 2023 recruit did not see the field as a true freshman and immediately transferred to the Wildcats after year one.

Reescano was the No. 2 running back behind Quali Conley, managing 78 carries for 359 rushing yards and one touchdown. He also had work as a pass catcher, with the Wildcats coaching staff impressed. The redshirt freshman should be back next season for Arizona.
