Tavius Robinson, Defensive End

  • Baltimore Ravens
  • Round 4, Pick 124

Tavius Robinson was considered a bit of a question mark entering the 2023 NFL Draft. While he has all of the size and measurables that NFL teams love, his production wasn’t that of a top-tier pass rusher for Ole Miss.

Robinson started all 13 games for Ole Miss football this past year and he finished the season with 44 total tackles, including eight tackles for a loss and seven sacks. Those numbers weren’t going to get him drafted in the first or second round, but NFL teams were willing to bet on a guy in the fourth round who runs a 4.66 40-yard dash while standing at 6’6, 265 pounds.

This was a pure upside pick for Baltimore but Robinson may be a more productive player in the pros than he was in college. The Ravens may have gotten a steal here as Robinson has all the tools and athleticism to be successful in the NFL.
