Malachi Corley

Yes, Malachi Corley has not entered the transfer portal and may not, but it feels too perfect so I’m writing it into existence. Corley could easily declare for the NFL Draft. However, could we see him try to transfer to a Power Five school?

Could the Rebels be in a prime position to grab another productive wide receiver from Western Kentucky if Corley does enter the portal? If he does, previous WKU receivers Dayton Wade and Jachour Pearson may play significant roles.

Malachi Corley is close to a second consecutive 1,000-yard receiving season and is one of the top receivers from the group of five conferences.

Corley didn’t see much action in his first season with WKU but has had three very productive seasons since. The redshirt junior has 243 receptions for 2,890 yards and 28 touchdowns.

Despite being under 6 feet, Corley plays with good strength with a pair of strong hands. He has good speed and is elusive in the open field.

Kiffin would love a player like Corley at Ole Miss, with him knowing that WKU receivers have worked out well at the Rebels.
