The 2024 SEC football schedule gets a reveal date

Ole Miss are one bowl game away from finishing off the 2023 college football season. Before they compete in their bowl game, they will find out their 2024 SEC football schedule.

The Rebels have had one of their most successful season under Lane Kiffin, finishing the regular season 10-2. Their two losses came against SEC teams, in Georgia and Alabama. Both will be competing in the SEC Championship game in Atlanta tomorrow.

Tomorrow’s championship game will be the last SEC game to be aired on CBS, as 2024 ushers in a new look SEC.

With games being shown exclusively live on ESPN platforms, there will also be two new teams joining the conference. Texas and Oklahoma head over from the Big 12 to make it a stacked conference.

There will be no divisions, with the 2024 SEC football Championship game played between the top two teams in the standings.

With Ole Miss knowing the teams they will face next season, they now have a date when they find out what week they will play them and what channel. Games will be shown exclusively live on ESPN platforms.

The 2024 SEC football schedule reveal will be on Dec.13 live on the SEC Network at 6 p.m. CT / 7 p.m. ET.

Ole Miss will have road games in the 2024 SEC football season against Arkansas, Florida, South Carolina and LSU. Their home games will be against Georgia, Kentucky, one of the new teams Oklahoma and the Egg Bowl against Mississippi State.

It will be the final season they will play four non-conference games. In 2025, teams will move to three non-conference games, with nine SEC opponents on each team’s schedule.

It’s exciting times for the SEC Conference, as it cements itself as the best of the best in college football.
