Key Lawrence

The secondary held up in most games last season for Ole Miss. However, against the big teams, it did a lot of bending and breaking.

Kiffin has already landed a top cornerback from the portal in Illinois transfer Tahveon Nicholson. The Ole Miss head coach may have a productive safety to play alongside Nicholson.

Oklahoma transfer Key Lawrence took a visit to Ole Miss last weekend, with no official news on where Lawrence will play next season. However, as it stands, Lawrence has not visited any other teams, despite Florida being on his list alongside the Rebels.

No news is good news for Ole Miss, with Lawrence being an excellent addition if Kiffin can secure his services.

Lawrence had 149 tackles, three interceptions, ten pass break-ups and six forced fumbles in his three seasons at Oklahoma. He would have one more year of eligibility left.
