The Florida coaching rumors have followed Lane Kiffin to Norman. The Oklahoma fans are not sparing Kiffin any of the Florida taunts as they vouch for their home team to win the week 9 clash.
Florida's signature Gator chomp overtook the OU Memorial Stadium during Ole Miss vs. Oklahoma, mocking Kiffin.

The Ole Miss head coach has been a top name in Florida head coaching rumors, with many even firmly believing that Kiffin could leave Ole Miss mid-season to be Billy Napier's replacement in the Swamp.
Kiffin being a close splitting image of legendary Florida head coach Steve Spurrier doesn't help much either. Neither does his connections with Gainesville.
"But I will say, Kiffin really idolizes legendary former Gators coach Steve Spurrier. And when I covered Ole Miss’ game at Florida last year, Kiffin pulled me aside and said this is a really special place for me and my family. It’s where he had his first date with his children’s mother, so (Gainesville) is a nostalgic place for the Kiffin family," ESPN's Molly McGrath reported.
"Perhaps that will play a role into it. But right now they’re just focusing on Ole Miss and the Rebels, and their players telling me they wouldn’t be able to tell (if Kiffin was distracted), so it seems as if Kiffin is in Oxford to stay as far as his communication with them."
Whether those will play a role in Kiffin's consideration of the job still remains a thing to be seen.
For the time being, Kiffin would rather focus on holding off the odds-on favorite Oklahoma to give a fitting reply to the OU fans' mockery.
