Ole Miss landed its second commitment from the 2026 recruitment class last week and is attempting to recruit more during the off-season.

Head coach Lane Kiffin has a big group of targets, some higher on the list than others. Some are even committed to other schools. Kiffin has successfully flipped targets over the last few years and is targeting several again.

2026 defensive back Brody Jennings is currently committed to Michigan. The Florida native has been dedicated to the Wolverines since July 2024. Georgia, Miami, and Florida are also working to flip the four-star prospect.

Kiffin has been on the road in the Sunshine State for the last few weeks. While there, he visited Mandarin High School in Jacksonville and spoke to Jennings. He didn't leave without making him an offer.

Jennings is a top 25 ranked cornerback, ranked No.21 in the On3 Industry Rankings. He is the No.51 ranked player in Florida and No. 315 nationally.

Other recruits Ole Miss has offered in Florida

Brian Harris is a three-star prospect per On3 Industry Ranking. The Florida native is a 6-foot-3, 250-pound defensive tackle, which Lane Kiffin and Ole Miss offered while at his high school, Mandarin.

A four-star defensive lineman out of Florida, James Johnson is the NO.14 ranked DL and No.153 player nationally. Lane Kiffin visited the 6-foot-4, 275-pound prospect at his high school, North Fort Myers.
