Ole Miss looks to dominate flip season, trending for LSU commit Devin Harper
Since the Georgia win, Ole Miss has gone on a serious fishing trip. They have flipped the commitments from two SEC schools and are threatening to do it again, this time from the LSU Tigers.
On3 Vice President and National Football Recruiter Steve Wiltfong has predicted that Ole Miss will land another flip commitment with four-star offensive lineman Devin Harper.
Can Ole Miss pull off their third flip commitment in a week?
Ole Miss followed up its flip of Auburn commit Dante Core with the flip of five-star Alabama commit Caleb Cunningham today. Hours after the announcement, On3 had predicted the Rebels would land LSU interior offensive lineman Devin Harper.
Harper is part of the Tigers' No. 4 recruiting ranking class and is their eighth-highest commit. It would be another massive flip for Ole Miss, adding another offensive talent to its ever-growing list of recruits.
The Calvary Baptist Academy prospect is the No. 7 interior offensive lineman in the 2025 class and the No.3 ranked player in Louisiana. Harper would be the Rebels' first IOL commit, joining two other offensive tackle commits in the 2025 class.
Ole Miss is taking advantage of the Georgia win and the atmosphere inside Vaught-Hemingway Stadium on Saturday regarding recruiting. However, the foundations were laid a few seasons into Kiffin's reign, and the head coach has continued building since then.
The Rebels still have chips in for several other players yet to commit and are chasing a few other flips before Early Signing Day on December 4. Could this be one of the highest-ranked recruiting classes in program history?
