Ole Miss Baseball take series lead over Florida

Ole Miss baseball won game 1 of the three-game series in Oxford 7-5. The No. b15 ranked Rebels move to 20-5 on the season, 5-2 in SEC Play. The Gators led 3-2 after a fast start from Coach Bianco's side. However, the Rebels moved to a 6-3 lead in the fifth inning.

The Rebels moved to a 7-3 lead and, despite a late fightback, held on to the game 1 win, putting them in the driven seat for a series win. Games 2 and 3 will be played today in a double header due to weather concerns on Saturday.

Ole Miss basketball teams prepare for Sweet Sixteen action

Both basketball teams are set to participate in the NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen, the men looking to make history and reach the Elite Eight for the first time. They face No.2 seed Michigan State later today. The women face No.1 seed UCLA tomorrow, looking to equal their best tournament round reached, doing so in 2007.
