Five-star offensive tackle set for weekend official visit
The number two-ranked offensive tackle per 247Sports is set to visit Ole Miss this weekend. Felix Ojo will take an official two-day visit to Oxford, with the Rebels very high on the five-star prospect. The Texas native is the No. 8 recruit in the 20256 class and is being pursued by Florida, Ohio State, and Colorado.
Ole Miss rarely goes heavy when recruiting top offensive linemen, but they love Ojo, seeing him as a franchise offensive tackle who could play as a true freshman. Kiffna and his staff will be pulling out all the stops this weekend.

Ole Miss landed a quarterback commit from the 2026 class, three star prospect Rees Wise chose the Rebels over Arizona and Virginia Tech. Wise is a top 50 ranked quarterback, ranked No.36 by the 247Sports Composite Rankings. It makes if five commits for the Rebels, and ranking them No.39 in team rankings.

Ole Miss one of the early schools pushing for 2027 in-state talent
The Rebels were one of three schools that have stood out early for 2027 in-state recruit Derwin Fields. Ole Miss, Auburn, and Iowa were his first three schools to offer, with Alabama, LSU, Florida State, and North Carolina also offering since. The edge is likely to be a high-ranked recruit when its rankings drop.
