With the first 2025 CFP rankings released, every game of the Ole Miss becomes a high-stakes one. The Rebels can't afford any other loss at the hands of any of their opponents, or else they will tumble down, or worse, could end up falling out of the Top 12 teams.
Ole Miss takes on Citadel next this Saturday, as they prepare to add another win to their 8-1 record.
It being another home game at the Vaught-Hemingway would only have the Rebels more pumped to have a second consecutive home victory in Week 11, following their win over South Carolina last week.
Citadel, on the other hand, comes in as a 5-6 team coming off a win in their previous game. But they are the clear underdogs in this matchup against Lane Kiffin's squad.
Both Ole Miss's offense and defense will make even moving the ball a tough task for Citadel.

The Ole Miss Rebels will be particularly unforgiving towards their FCS opponent right from the moment the clock starts.
In most of their games, the Rebels have put up good numbers in their first half, so expect the same in this game as well. QB Trinidad Chambliss could once again have a massive night with huge possing yards and possibly 5+ touchdowns.
Kewan Lacy and other offensive threats will also hunt for big numbers against the Bulldogs. On the other side of the ball, defense will also get a chance to shine against Citadel.
Ole Miss would come out winning with multiple touchdowns and a massive score difference.
