This weekend sees the start of the NFL Playoffs, with the opening wildcard weekend starting on Saturday afternoon in Houston. There will be several past Ole Miss football players featuring across the weekend. Let's take a look at who will be suiting up for the big games.

Cleveland @ Houston - Sat.13 Jan, 3:30pm CT

Elijah Moore - Cleveland, WR

After being drafted by the New York Jets in round 2 of the 2021 NFL Draft, Elijah Moore found a new home in the 2023 off-season with Cleveland. Since the trade, Moore has had his best season in the league, catching 59 passes for 640 yards and two touchdowns during the regular season. The third-year receiver is number one on the depth chart at the slot position. Moore could be in line for solid numbers against a Houston team that gives up 234.1 passing yards per game.

Laremy Tunsil - Houston, OT

Now in his seventh year, OT Laremy Tunsil is one of the best tackles in the NFL. This was why the Houston Texans made him the highest-paid OT in the league before the 2023 season started. This year, he has been responsible for protecting rookie QB CJ Stroud's blind side. Laremy Tunsil will need to be on top of his game this Saturday, coming up against the favourite for the Defensive Player of the Season award, Myles Garrett.

Pittsburgh @ Buffalo - Sun.14 Jan, 12:00pm CT

Mark Robinson - Pittsburgh, ILB

A seventh-round selection by Pittsburgh in the 2022 draft, Mark Robinson has seen more opportunities in his second season with the team. Robinson has made 30 tackles across the season while grabbing his first sack in the win over the Ravens last weekend. Used sparingly at times, Robinson has seen more action due to injuries on the team. The question will be, how much will he see the field on Sunday?

Dawson Knox - Buffalo, TE

Since being drafted in 2019, Dawson Knox has been the number one tight end at Buffalo through four seasons. The emergence of 2023 first-round TE Dalton Kincaid has seen his production drop off. Knox still plays a role for the team, catching 22 passes for 186 yards and two touchdowns. As of now, Dawson Knox is questionable to play on Sunday. Knox is trying to shake an illness that is keeping him on the sidelines at practice.

Green Bay @ Dallas - Sun.14 Jan, 3:30pm CT

Malik Heath - Green Bay, WR

A 2023 undrafted free agent, Malik Heath has taken some time to make his mark for the Packers. However, after injuries helped him climb the depth chart, Heath has made an impact for the team down the back stretch of the season. With Romeo Doubs and Christian Watson's status still questionable for Sunday's game, we could see more of Malik Heath in the offense.

Sam Williams - Dallas, DE

Sam Williams has not seen the field as much as he likes with Dallas. However, when Williams has played snaps, he's made an impact. A second-round selection in the 2022 NFL Draft, Williams has totalled 26 tackles and 4.5 sacks in the 2023 regular season. We will see the big defensive end on the field on Sunday, but how many times is the question?

LA Rams @ Detroit - Sun.14 Jan, 7:00pm CT

Benito Jones - Detroit, NT

An undrafted free agent, Benito Jones found a home in Detroit in 2022 after bouncing on and off the Miami practice squad. This season, Jones has been playing top-level football for the Lions. Head coach Dan Campbell has tapped into something, with Jones having 26 tackles and a single sack on the season. Benito Jones will play a big part in trying to stop Rams running back Kyren Williams.

Philadelphia @ Tampa Bay - Mon,15 Jan, 7:00pm CT

A.J. Brown - Philadelphia, WR

Arguably the best Ole Miss player in the playoffs, A.J. Brown will be looking to help his Eagles team shake off the bad form. Philadelphia have lost five of their last six games. However, Brown has still put up decent numbers across the games. During his 17 games, Brown has caught 106 passes for 1,456 receiving yards and seven touchdowns. He will be licking his lips this Monday, coming up against Tampa Bay, who give up plenty of receiving yards per game.
