Ole Miss Basketball discovered their 2024-25 SEC opponents on May 13. The Rebels face only three teams, home and away, in the upcoming season.

The SEC released the 2024-25 conference opponents for all teams on May 13. With two new faces in Texas and Oklahoma, SEC teams will only play three home and away conference games this coming season, compared to five in previous seasons.

Ole Miss will face the two new SEC teams mentioned on home court. Texas is the match-up that stands out, with Rebels head coach Chris Beard previously in charge of the Longhorns from 2021-2023. Beard took the team to the NCAA Tournament in his first season, recording the program's first tournament win since the 2013-14 season.

As always, Ole Miss will face rivals Mississippi State twice next season while also playing Auburn and LSU home and away. The Rebels faced Auburn twice during the 2023-24 season, losing both times and losing to LSU in Baton Rouge.

Ole Miss will also have home games against Georgia, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and Kentucky under their new head coach Mark Pope. Every Southeastern Conference road game will be challenging. However, the Rebels are set for a rough ride with Alabama, Arkansas, and Florida, three of the more difficult road opponents.

Conference play will tip off on Saturday, January 4, and run until Saturday, March 8. Times, dates, and television information will be revealed at a later date.
