If you have been away from social media over the last week, you will have missed the buzz surrounding the release of EA Sports College Football 25. The previous college football video game was released in 2013, with the new release ending a long wait for fans of the franchise.

Ole Miss fans have been sharing content today, with early access to the game for gamers with EA Access or a pre-order code from the Deluxe Edition. Here are a few snapshots from the game shared on social media, the first being the Ole Miss team entering the field at the Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.

Last week, we found out that Ole Miss had three players with 90+ ratings in the game, all landing in the top 100 rated players. We now know Princely Umanmielen is the next best player, rated 89, while wide receivers Antwane Wells and Jordan Watkins were rated 88 and 86, respectively.

One thing that was picked up was when a fan released screenshots of the team; Ole Miss quarterback Walker Howard was not on the roster, likely one of the players opting out.

Kam Franklin was the highest-rated freshman at 74, with quarterback AJ Maddox picking up a 72 rating.

At today's SEC Media Days, Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin mentioned the EA Sports College Football game. Kiffin said that if there were a leadership rating, quarterback Jaxson Dart would score a 99. Dart would have been happy to hear the positivity from his head coach. Yesterday, he wasn't as thrilled about the game.

Jaxson Dart was left shocked when a gamer shared an image of what Dart's player looked like in-game. His reaction was that of light-hearted unhappiness with the not-so-accurate resemblance.e.

For those who didn't pick up early access, the game's official release date is July 19. On that date, all Ole Miss fans can take the program to a National Championship before the real thing occurs in 2024.
