Ole Miss football vs. Temple football

Overall record: 0-1-1
First meeting: 10/2/1936
Last meeting: 10/1/1937
Last score: 12-7, Temple

Ole Miss ended up playing Temple in back-to-back seasons back in the 1930s. In their first matchup in 1936, the Rebels played Temple early in the season and their loss dropped them to 1-2 on the season.

The Rebels were able to finish 5-5 that season, but went winless in the SEC losing to Tulane, LSU, and Mississippi State and tying with Tennessee.

The following season when Ole Miss and Temple met up, the outcome was different, but the Rebels didn't come away with the win. This time it was. game of defense as the game ended in a 0-0 tie.

Ole Miss and Temple don't have any plans to meet anytime soon so it doesn't look like the Rebels will be able to get one in the win column against the Owls since they haven't played since the 30s, it doesn't seem to be high on their to-do list.
