The toughest game on the 2024 schedule for Ole Miss comes in week 11 against the Georgia Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs had another season going 12-0 under head coach Kirby Smart. However, they again couldn't get the better of Nick Saban's Alabama side in the SEC Championship game. The loss cost them a place in the college football playoffs, with Alabama taking their spot. Georgia did dominate Ole Miss in Athens, winning the game 52-17.
The Bulldogs have lost a lot of talent to the transfer portal and will also lose some to the NFL. Teams like Georgia always survive and will still be one of the top teams in college football. Quarterback Carson Beck had an excellent first season as the starter, with reports saying he will be back in 2024.
The good news for Ole Miss is the game is in Oxford. The bad news is that Georgia will still be a dangerous side despite the players they might lose from their roster.
