After back-to-back winning seasons, it was a down season for the Razorbacks. The team finished 4-8, with Arkansas winning just one in-conference game. It was the worst tally in head coach Sam Pittman's four seasons at Arkansas. One of those losses was a close game against Ole Miss, going down 27-20.
Earlier today, news broke quarterback KJ Jefferson was entering the transfer portal. Jefferson follows running back Raheim Sanders, who transferred to South Carolina last week. Arkansas also lost their star linebacker, Chris Paul Jr. to the Rebels
It's looking bleak next season for the Razorbacks, with talent lost across the roster. Whatever team Sam Pittman assembles, they will always play hard. However, it looks like things may be tough in 2024 for Arkansas.
